Key Features and Benefits: LED Lighting Flush mount grille incorporates a 12W ENERGY STAR® rated LED light engine with 1W LED nightlight. Panasonic’s advanced LED technology lasts 35 times longer and is 75% more energy efficient than incandescent lamps, and does not contribute to mercury waste when disposed. Brushless DC Motor with SmartFlow™ technology When the fan faces static pressure, its speed is automatically increased to ensure the fan performs as rated for optimal CFM output. SmartAction® Motion Sensor (FV-08VKME3) Automatically activates when someone enters a room. Once the settings have been applied, the fan becomes truly automatic, making it the lowest installed cost solution for meeting ASHRAE 62.2 whole house continuous and spot ventilation. CustomVent Variable Speed Controls Allows the fan to run continuously at a pre-set lower level (0-70). The fan then elevates to a maximum level of operation (80 CFM) when the switch is turned on, or the SmartAction® motion sensor is activated. High/Low Delay Timer Returns the fan to the pre-set CFM level after a period of time (up to 60 min.) set by the user, making this the ideal solution for continuous whole house ventilation
