• 64% of PCs purchased will be for replacements & 36% will be additions

• 85% of 4+ years PC users may replace PCs

ADDITIONS OR REPLACEMENTS

• Of the SMBs planning to purchase PCs, 71% of SMBs will likely buy desktops and 100% will purchase notebooks

• 28% are only planning to purchase notebooks• Percent of notebooks purchase intent is

higher at 54% than desktops which is at 46%• 2in1 needs education

FORM FACTOR

• Recurring problems with older PCs impacting employee productivity is the top reason for

purchasing new PCs• There is no single dominant reason to purchase

PCs – productivity, manageability, security & lowering maintenance cost are among the top
