Massaging: Is a science that needs to be understood, it deals with specific points in our body that can trigger

a certain effect.

authorised to carry out such a practice. Taking a massage treatment from an amateur will expose

you to more chances of trouble.

Indulge in pedicure:

A pedicure can work wonders in the last trimester, soothing sore feet, increasing circulation, and

reducing swelling, making you feel a whole lot prettier.

Do be sure the manicurist doesn’t massage the area between your anklebone and heel (it could

trigger contractions).

If you can’t make it to the salon, clip and file your nails and try this sumptuous soak at home.

Mix equal parts brown sugar and olive oil, then scoop up a handful and massage your feet and

legs, paying special attention to your heels and any other rough spots.

Then soak your feet in a basin or bathtub filled with warm water and a capful of your favourite

body wash. Pat dry, then moisturize.

Lastly polish only if you can reach.

Shopping for maternity clothes or shoes:

For the first three months or so, you'll probably be able to wear your regular wardrobe.

You may the need to leave the top button undone on your skirts and pants, but you can

camouflage that by leaving your tops untucked.

Then you'll enter a zone where you may not look pregnant but, it’ll look like you've put on some

weight. We recommend five key pieces in similar fabrics and complimentary shades: pants, a

skirt, a jacket, a dress, and a tunic top, combining those five pieces for at least six different looks.

While you're updating your wardrobe for pregnancy, don't forget about your feet.

Many women's feet expand a half size or more during pregnancy.

Experiment with food:

A cheesy fresh pepperoni slice of pizza, a plate piled with fries are a few things you can indulge

in. Pregnancy makes food taste so much better.

Remember anything in excess is bad. So make sure you dig in responsibility.

As long as you're maintaining a healthy diet most of the time, it’s okay to indulge a craving every

once in a while without any guilt.
