The Palmu entry for the Service Design Achievement of the Year in Finland 2013 award. Over 700 employees, 130 different operating systems and programs, 27 Departments, 11 Faculties, 10 different units in Central Administration who are all producing services for over 4 500 researchers, who are trying to orientate in the very complex "jungle" of services. And one mission: "Could you please help us organize our services in customer centric way?". This is the story of how to be simple.
