Se reúnen padres de familia con autoridades educativas del CECyTECH

Palenque, Chiapas. Más de 500 padres de familias que conforman la estructura del Plantel 19 de los Colegios de Es-tudios Científicos y Tec-nológicos del Estado de Chiapas (CECyTECH), de esta ciudad de Palenque, sostuvieron una reunión con el cuerpo académico y directivo de esta insti-tución.

El evento que tuvo como recinto las instala-ciones del Parque de Fe-ria, estuvo presidido por el Director del Plantel, Ing. Prócoro Villar Pau-lino, quien dio a conocer el orden del día plasma-do de la siguiente mane-ra, como primer punto, dar a conocer el regla-mento que rige la co-munidad escolar, otros estatutos que deben ser acatados por la pobla-

ción estudiantil y las res-pectivas sanciones a que se harán acreedores en caso del incumplimiento de éstos.

Como segundo, la te-mática abordada fue las necesidades de infraes-tructura, que resulta la gestión más importante por el momento, pues la prioridad de la insti-tución es poder brindar servicios sanitarios más amplios y con capacidad suficiente para atender a una población que su-pera los mil cincuenta alumnos.

En el pleno de esta re-unión, los integrantes de la sociedad de Padres de Familia salientes rindie-ron cuentas a la comu-nidad escolar, destacan-do entre sus logros la construcción de algunas aulas, con recursos que han aportado los mis-mos padres de familia.

Acto seguido, de ma-

nera democrática y or-denada, dando clara muestra de civilidad, los padres escogieron a los integrantes del nue-vo Comité de Padres de Familias, que estará tra-bajando muy de cerca en las gestiones, en co-ordinación con las auto-ridades educativas para la mejora de esta institu-ción, una de las mejores en educación media su-perior en la entidad.

Por último, se tomó protesta a los integran-tes de este comité, quie-nes se comprometieron a encabezar los gestiones de importantes proyec-tos para el plantel 19 del CECyTECH, señalando que hay muchas necesi-dades, pero que también son muchas las motiva-ciones y el interés por lograr la cobertura de las necesidades de esta institución educativa.

Se consolida la Asociación Ganadera Local especializada en Ovinos

entrevista con este medio, el presidente de la Aso-ciación Ganadera Local especializada en Ovinos, Miguel Ángel León Gó-mez, dio a conocer que, 12 productores de ovinos de este municipio enca-bezaron la gestión para la certificación de este gremio ante las instancias competentes, durante el pasado mes de Julio.

Hace algunos días, la SAGARPA respondió a esta gestión y, por tanto, hizo entrega del registro oficial y jurídico que los avala como Asociación y que hoy les proporciona la certeza de que podrán ser partícipes de apo-yos y programas para el beneficio de este grupo, que al igual que otros del

municipio y de la región, esperan incrementar la productividad a través de gestiones totalmente sus-tentables.

La ovinocultura es una actividad muy importan-te y es que en los últimos años, la producción de carne ha sido una alterna-tiva para los ganaderos, pues los ovinos han teni-do una mayor demanda en el mercado local, na-cional e internacional, por ello existe el interés para que se logren consolidar propuestas y estrategias de productividad.

En este orden, aseguró que Palenque será sede de la próxima exposición de ovinocultura que se pretende realizar del 13 al 15 de Noviembre en las instalaciones del Parque de Feria, en donde habrá

un lote de más de 600 especímenes hembras co-merciales y de registro, logrando la participación de productores de esta en-tidad y de otras del país.

Para ello, se está traba-jando en un esquema de apoyos, con una partici-pación de alrededor del 70% de los recursos, por parte del gobierno en sus programas federalizados, y el 30 % por aportación del productor favorecido. Esto se traduce en benefi-cios sustanciales para los ovinocultores y en la me-jora de los hatos destacó León Gómez, quien, para finalizar, invitó a los pro-ductores a que se sumen a esta Asociación que ya cuenta con 20 socios in-tegrados y refrendó su compromiso al frente de este importante sector.

Catastro entrega títulos de propiedad a libertenses

La Libertad Chiapas . A tan sólo algunos días que se realizara la en-trega de títulos de pro-piedad predios rústicos y urbanos, por parte del titular de la notaria nú-mero 74 con sede en Pa-lenque Chiapas, Freddy Ignacio Carballo Agui-lar y el Jefe de Catastro de la Secretaria de Ha-cienda, Narciso Vázquez Pérez, en coordinación con autoridades del mu-nicipio de La Libertad, el presidente municipal de dicha localidad, José Luis Lizcano, anunció que posiblemente el próximo ejercicio fiscal del año 2010, contem-ple la aplicación de este programa y esto, en razón de que muchos ciudadanos libertenses no cuentan con los tí-tulos de propiedad de los predios que actual-mente ocupan y tampo-co tienen recursos para

promover la gestión de éstos, cuyo valor es su-perior a los 8 mil pesos, si se realizan de manera particular.

De acuerdo al respon-sable de Catastro en el municipio de Palenque, Narciso Vázquez Pérez, se informó que esta vez un grupo de 70 ciuda-danos del municipio de La Libertad, esperaban la oportunidad de que se les pudiera apoyar en este sentido, toda vez que habían solici-tado ante los diferentes órdenes de gobierno, la titulación y escritura-ción de sus predios; sus gestiones dieron resul-tado y en conjunto con las autoridades de ese municipio, lograron la obtención de este dere-cho jurídico a través de una mezcla de recursos y de esfuerzos entre las instituciones involucra-das.

lenque, Freddy Ignacio Carballo Aguilar, seña-ló que con la entrega de estas escrituras, los beneficiarios cuentan, a partir de esta fecha, con el derecho constitu-cional que los acredita como legítimos propie-tarios de sus respecti-vos predios rústicos y urbanos, otorgándoles al mismo tiempo la ga-rantía de su patrimonio familiar.

El presidente muni-cipal, José Luis Lizcano López, manifestó que este programa se pudo realizar, gracias al con-senso y la aprobación unánime del cabildo, para que se apoyara a estas familias que hoy recibieron sus títulos de propiedad y que los cos-tos de los trámites fue-ron mínimos en compa-ración de los gastos que representaba gestionar-lo particularmente.

Productores de maíz y frijol en espera de apoyos emergentes

Palenque, Chiapas. Productores de granos básicos de toda esta re-gión, continúan esperan-do que se les otorgue un apoyo emergente, esto después de que el perio-do prolongado de estiaje en esta zona los afectara severamente, y es que tu-vieron serias pérdidas en sus cultivos de maíz y fri-jol, principalmente.

La SECAM Región VI Selva bajo la titularidad de José María Domínguez Priego, ha informado que estos apoyos se harán efectivos en primer orden, con los productores del esquema Maíz Solidario y es que ellos cuentan con un seguro contra riesgos. Esta vez se le dará trami-te legal y así recibirán un recurso por las pérdidas sufridas.

El empadronamiento esta casi concluido en to-dos los municipios La Li-bertad, Catazajá, Salto de Agua, el menos afectado, y Palenque, en donde la sequía fue la causa de-vastadora de las milpas, que estaban en pleno pro-ceso de desarrollo y otra importante suma de hec-táreas más en etapa de siembra, que de la misma manera perecieron ante los embates del agobiante sol y calor.

Debido a la necesidad que hay en estos momen-tos, tanto autoridades mu-nicipales como la SECAM, están evaluando la posi-bilidad de que, a mayor numero de hectáreas sean las que sufrieron los embates de la sequia, ma-yor sea también el apoyo con recursos emergentes, que seguramente serán de suma utilidad, para

contrarrestar esta crisis y minimizar los efectos de este problema.

En este sentido, las au-toridades informan que, hasta la fecha, hay avan-ces positivos en el proceso de empadronamiento de los municipios y esperan que, en un lapso no muy largo, se les haga entre-ga de estos recursos a los productores afectados.

Cabe destacar que el número de productores que no están en el esque-ma gubernamental, po-dría incluso superar a los que si están beneficiados, pero existe la posibilidad que se gestionen recursos extraordinarios ante la fe-deración, para poder apo-yarlos de la misma ma-nera, todavez que fueron afectados al igual que los demás productores.

UNICACH realiza concierto de Jazz en Palenque

Este fin de semana, el auditorio del Parque de Feria de esta ciudad se vistió de gala y es que, no fue para menos, cate-dráticos de la Universidad de Ciencias y Artes de Chiapas (UNICACH) Sede Tuxtla, llevaron a cabo un concierto de jazz que gozó de gran audiencia, rebasando, así, las expec-tativas.

Hombres y mujeres de todas las edades y es-tudiantes de diferentes niveles e instituciones se dieron cita en este lugar para disfrutar de la in-terpretación de melodías de este género musical,

que tiene su orígenes en Estados Unidos de Nor-teamérica, pero que ha traspasado fronteras y las barreras del tiempo, tal y como lo explicaron los mentores de esta presti-giada institución del nivel superior.

Para los amantes y fie-les seguidores del Jazz, la UNICACH ofreció este concierto, cuya finali-dad fue promocionar la licenciatura en Jazz que esta institución educativa ofrece en la ciudad capi-tal. Por lo que, para tal fin, estan realizando visitas a todos los municipios que conforman la entidad.

Los catedráticos; Julio Cesar en la guitarra, Ciro

en el bajo y Patricia en el Piano; que conforman el grupo de Jazz “Amene-yro”, lograron constatar que en esta ciudad, en especial, los jóvenes es-tán muy interesados por la música y es que vieron expresados en sus rostros y en sus emotivos aplau-sos, el regocijo causado por la notas de jazz que interpretaron.

Durante el concierto, los músicos tocaron me-lodías clásicas de la época del surgimiento del Jazz que, sin duda, aún son del agrado de los jóvenes y de la población que sabe apreciar este género.
