At the events of PaintCocktail, beside having fun, the participants are helped to overcome their inhibitions and to bring out the Growth Mindset thinking. In addition at the end of the event they have the touchable evidence: everyone can paint!
They can hang their painting on the wall at home and the mindset can be utilized day to day.
At PaintCocktail no experience is required, the participants can paint a beautiful picture with the help of a qualif ied instructor. During the program they can toast with their colleagues or even playfully paint in the picture next to them. There is no hierarchy between the boss and the colleagues here, everyone
is equal and can prove while relaxing and having fun as a team. The only rule is to believe in yourself and to have fun. The PaintCocktail team takes care of everything else.
The two-hour program is organized in popular bars and restaurants (e.g. Mazel Tov, Lamb and Leo Bistro, Városliget Café, Kőleves Étterem, Spíler Shanghai), so that the participants can enjoy the creation process in the freest possible environment.
