• Overall, PACT was well-rated by participants
• Webinars were rated as less useful than the mentor meetings and audit review with RN
• Most indicated that they would make changes in their practices based on the information presented

Summary of Findings
• A distance-learning curriculum and mentoring relationships were well received by PCPs.
• Participants improved their practice: – Audits showed deviations from best practices that
improved with education, few reached significance – CSR showed improvements in self-rated efficacy
• Primary care provider comments: – PCPs feel isolated managing tough patients and few
community resources are available; mentoring helps! – Need for decision & documentation EHR to improve
use of validated assessment tools
