Pretty much anything! What you actually do on your gap year will depend on how much time and money you have and what kind of experience you’re looking for. The most popular options are travelling, working and volunteering abroad:

Travelling – While it’s possible to spend your gap year at home, most people travel abroad to see the world and find new experiences. Round-the-world plane tickets are a popular option and allow you to take in lots of countries on one trip. It’s also common for gappers trip.
