I. Administration of the Deductible Reduction Amount:

1. The enrollment Deductible Reduction Amount will be $100.

a. Policies will receive an enrollment Deductible Reduction Amount of $100 the date the Enhanced Package is added to the policy.b. All existing policies as of 09/27/2018 with the Enhanced Package Policy will receive the enrollment Deductible Reduction Amount of $100 upon the first renewal on or after 09/27/2018 regardless of the policy history.

2. At each renewal, if no Chargeable Claims (as defined in Rule 37) have been paid within twelve months ending 45 days prior to the policy's renewal date, the policy will receive an additional $100 towards the Deductible Reduction Amount. Provided, however:

a. when the Enhanced Package is added to the policy before the effective date of the current policy period orwithin 60 days after such date, the policy will receive such additional $100 Deductible Reduction Amount at the next policy renewal.b. when the Enhanced Package is added to the policy after the 60th day of the effective date of the current policy period, the policy will not receive the additional $100 Deductible Reduction Amount until the renewal after the next policy renewal.

3. Any Chargeable Claim forgiven under the Claim Rate Guard will still be considered for purposes of determining whether an additional $100 Deductible Reduction Amount is received. The maximum total ofDeductible Reduction Amount is $500 and the minimum amount is $0. No credit whatsoever will be given with respect to amounts that would otherwise accumulate under section C.I.2. above but for the $500 cap.

4. If the Enhanced Package is removed from the policy and the Enhanced Package is later added back onto the policy, then:

a. if the Prior Deductible Reduction Amount (as defined in section C.II.5.) is zero, the policy will receive a $100 Deductible Reduction Amount at the time the Enhanced Package is added back onto the policy, which amount will be available for application to a qualified deductible for a loss that occurs on or after the date the Enhanced Package is added back onto the policy. The policy may receive additional Deductible Reduction Amounts as provided in section C.I.2. above.b. if the Prior Deductible Reduction Amount is greater than zero the policy will not receive a $100 Deductible Reduction Amount at the time the Enhanced Package is added back onto the policy. However, the policy may receive additional Deductible Reduction Amounts as provided in section C.I.2., subject to the $500 maximum Deductible Reduction Amount. Any additional Deductible Reduction Amounts the policy may receive will be added to the Prior Deductible Reduction Amount, subject to the $500 maximum Deductible Reduction Amount.c. Prior Deductible Reduction Amounts, if any, will be available for application to a qualified deductible for a loss that occurs during any period the Enhanced Package with the Deductible Rewards feature is on the policy, subject to the $500 maximum Deductible Reduction Amount.

II. Application of Deductible Reduction Amount:

1. The Deductible Reduction Amount is the reduction to be applied to any of the policy deductibles with the exception that it cannot be applied to any of the following: Scheduled Personal Property or NFIP (National Flood Insurance Program).

a. If at the time of a Group D, Group E, Group F, or Group G claim, the Deductible Reduction Amount isgreater than or equal to the otherwise applicable qualified deductible, the insured will not incur a deductible, and the Deductible Reduction Amount will be reduced by the amount applied to the qualified deductible.b. If at the time of a Group D, Group E, Group F, or Group G claim, the Deductible Reduction Amount is less than the otherwise applicable qualified deductible, the insured will incur the difference between the deductible and the Deductible Reduction Amount as the resulting deductible, and the Deductible Reduction Amount will be reduced by the amount applied to the qualified deductible.

3. If more than one qualified deductible applies to the same claim for a loss, the Deductible Reduction Amount will first be applied to the highest qualified deductible. Any remaining Deductible Reduction Amount will be applied to the next highest qualified deductible and so on.

4. The Deductible Reduction Amount available is determined as of the date the loss occurred. The Deductible Reduction Amount applied will be based on the Deductible Reduction Amount available as of the date the claim is settled.

a. If more than one claim for a loss with a qualified deductible is reported during the same policy period, the Deductible Reduction Amount will be applied first to the qualified deductible for the claim that was reported first in time. Any remaining Deductible Reduction Amount will be applied to the qualified deductible for the claim reported next in time.b. If multiple claims are reported at the same time with the same loss date, the Deductible ReductionAmount will first be applied to the highest qualified deductible. Any remaining Deductible Reduction Amount will be applied to the next highest qualified deductible and so on.

5. If and whenever the Enhanced Package with the Deductible Rewards feature is removed from the policy, any accumulated Deductible Reduction Amount ("Prior Deductible Reduction Amount") will not be available for application to a qualified deductible for a loss that occurs during any period the Enhanced Package with the Deductible Rewards feature was not on the policy. The accumulated Deductible Reduction Amount will be available for application to a claim for a loss that occurs during any period the Enhanced Package with the Deductible Rewards feature is on the policy. Application of the Deductible Reduction Amount to a claim will be made in accordance with Item C.II.

6. Any Deductible Reduction Amount applied to a qualified deductible for a claim will not be considered indetermining whether a claim is a Chargeable Claim (as defined in Rule 37).

7. For a covered Group D, Group E, Group F, or Group G claim occurring on or after 09/27/2018 to which a Deductible Reduction Amount was applied, the Deductible Reduction Amount applied to the claim will be restored to the policy once the deductible amount incurred by the insured is recovered through subrogation if either:

a. The Deductible Reduction Amount applied to the claim is equal to the applicable deductible, and the claim subrogation status is considered collected by Allstate, orb. The Deductible Reduction Amount applied to the claim is less than the applicable deductible and Allstate, through subrogation returned to the insured the applicable deductible amount previously incurred by the insured with respect to the claim.

However, if more than one covered Group D, Group E, Group F, or Group G claim occurred during the same policy period, restoration of the Deductible Reduction Amount will occur only if, and only when all of such claims have satisfied the requirements of C.II. 7.a. or C.II.7.b. above. The returned deductible amount previously incurred by the policyholder and the restored Deductible Reduction Amount applied shall not exceed the subrogation amount collected. Under no circumstance will the restoration result in a Deductible
