REGIONAL TITLE WINNERS:All soloists in the Broadway level who achieve a high gold or elite gold score are considered. Up to two regional title winners per age division will be selected at each event. Judges will confer during the awards ceremony to make their choice. The title selection is independent of overalls; being the high score soloist does not guarantee selection as a regional titlist.
