The Open Auction shall be held at the General Bus Stand, Jammu on 29.09.2016 at 2.00 PM in the presence of the nom- inated Committee. ii. The intending bidder shall have to deposit at the site of auc- tion a CDR/EMD amounting to Rs 5,000/- only (Rupees Five Thousand Only) pledged in favour of “The Executive Engineer, JDA Division-II, Jammu’’. Only those bidders who deposit the requisite EMD shall be allowed to participate in the bidding process. iii. The intending bidder shall also submit Copy of PAN Card and a valid Residence Proof. iv. The Highest Bidder shall be declared as successful. v. The successful bidder shall have to deposit the bid amount in full in the shape Bank Draft within two days of the Auction, failing which JDA reserves the right to forfeit the EMD and award the job to the 2nd highest bidder. vi. The successful bidder shall be required to remove all mate- rial and clear the site within 07 days failing which, the Bid Amount shall be forfeited and job allotted to the 2nd highest bidder.
