HAMILTON ISLAND WEDDING FEE The Wedding Fee is required for all weddings utilizing the private property of Hamilton Island for aspects of
their wedding celebration and comprises a host of inclusions, listed below. This Wedding Fee is valid for
weddings to be held up until 31st March 2016. Other prices in this document are all subject to change.
Monday to Thursday - $1990 / Friday to Sunday - $2250 A non-refundable deposit of $1350 is required at the time of booking to secure your ceremony time & date
Exclusive Wedding Ceremony Time – Ensuring priority use of your ceremony location and required
facilities, so no other island activities impact on your special day.
On Island Ceremony Location – Choose between All Saints Chapel & Chapel gardens, Catseye
Beach, One Tree Hill, or even your own accommodation – or upgrade to Whitehaven Beach, qualia,
Beach Club, Yacht Club or Golf Club. Professional sound system & signing table included. Upgrades quoted separately & conditions apply.
Personal Wedding Planner – To assist you as much as or as little as you need, and to attend to the
behind the scenes administrative work required for every wedding on Hamilton Island.
Sourcing and Booking of a Civil or Religious Officiator – This includes arranging the transfers and pick
up’s for your celebrant on the day. View profiles & pricing on our website.
Pre-Ceremony Jaguar Limousine Transfers – Arrive in absolute style and comfort with separate
transfers for you and your fiancé from your accommodation to the ceremony location.
Coordination of your Reception Function or Celebration Lunch/Dinner – Your Wedding Planner will
assist in choosing the ideal venue, food & beverage options for your celebration.
Photography and Videography Locations – After your ceremony, your HIW Photo/Video Team will
guide you around Hamilton Island to your chosen locations, making the most of this stunning
destination. The number of locations visited will be based on your chosen HIW photo and video
package. Access to specific locations is subject to conditions/availability. Your Wedding Planner will
assist you with location choices, scheduling and photo and video package options.

Located both resort and marina side, Holiday Properties includes 1 and 2 bedroom Resort-Side Apartments,
Standard, Superior and Deluxe Villas and the Luxury Collection. They are usually configured as a group of 6-
8 common-walled apartments or villas, and share landscaped gardens and a swimming pool. All apartment
and villa packages come inclusive of a 4 seater golf buggy and a continental breakfast hamper. A 4 night
minimum stay requirement is applicable for this style of accommodation.

PHOTOGRAPHY Our award winning photographers know Hamilton Island like the back of their hands and will capture the
true story of your wedding. Their expertise will guide you through the whole experience and above all make
sure you feel beautiful, relaxed and have fun on your day. The stunning images, albums and artwork will be
the envy of all your friends and the memories you keep forever.
Your photography files will be delivered to you on a USB drive. This USB will include:
1. Your included number of high resolution images, professionally edited & finished. These images will
be hand selected by your photographer.
2. You will also receive a low resolution copy of the other photos taken on your wedding day. These
extra images will come as un-edited proofs & will carry a watermark indicating they are not for
public display. Should you wish to have any of these additional images professionally edited, image
editing can be purchased.
