Welcome to Padua!The goal of Padua Academy is to educate young women in the spirit of love of neighbor flowing from the love of God interspersed with sisterhood. We strive to help students realize the value of service to others and to recognize their responsibility for global stewardship.

• 9 of Padua’s Jefferson Award Team Members attended the 2009 Fall Leadership Conference at the University of Delaware.

Learning Through Service & Tracking Hours

•427 students total

•Every student participates in regular service activities; supported and encouraged by our team.

•Students report periodically to the SIA committee the # of hours of service, and they are recorded by a team member.

•First school from Philadelphia to be recruited for the Jefferson Awards Program

•Tripled amount of winners (from 3 to 9)

•Completed 5 more goals compared to last year’s 2.

•Setting aside daily timedevoted to the program

•Along with our original tracking system, using the UGive website for tracking service hours as well.
