Six people were arrested for disorderly conduct; five people for scalping tickets. One person each for battery, trespassing, possession of marijuana and open intoxicants. Only one of the arrests, that of a 47-year-old man for disorderly conduct, involved someone from the Green Bay area. Most of the other arrests involved people from the Milwaukee and Chicago areas.

Most of the arrests involved unlawful conduct at a public event, two teen-age girlswere charged with underage drinking. Three of the people arrested were from the Green Bay area, two from the Chicago area and the rest from around the state.

31-year-old man for throwing a beer bottle onto the playing field. Also arrested a 20-year-old man for underage drinking and obstructing an officer and two men, ages 56and 39, in the parking lot for possession of marijuana. None of those arrested was a Brown County resident.

Among those arrested, charges ranged from underage drinking to disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Police administered preliminary breath tests to 21 of those arrested and found a range of blood-alcohol content from 0.03 to 0.25 percent, with an average of 0.14 percent. Most of the people arrested were from outside Brown County.
