TB1 0 The Tipper Tie TB10 is the poultry industry's premier machine for packaging whole birds in an efficient and economical way. Hassle-free operation allows for one operator to run up to ten (10) packages per minute. Machine operation is simple: the operator pushes the bird through a horn and into a bag, breaks the hocks against the hocking station, twists the bag and places the bag into the clipper. It's that simple! Various size wicketed bags can be used and each unit comes with an optional hocking station that can be placed on either side of the bagging system to accommodate existing packaging lines. It utilizes Z9195, SUST1100 and SP100 stainless steel vertical clippers that apply strong and secure aluminum spool clips (Z9195 & SUST1100) or plastic spool clips (SP100) for tight bag closures and long production runs. Also available is the option of the EC9505 Econo™ Clipper vertical clipper with aluminum spool clips. What's the result?
