GRAMICID-101:Gramicid -101 is designed to inhibit inorganic scaleformation in the membrane separation system.

GRAMICID-101RO ANTISCALANT

GRAMICID-101 controls inorganic scales ofelements commonly in surface, ground and seawater. It is a liquid antiscalant & antifoulant forreverse osmosis systems. Continuous use of Gramicid-101 reducesmembrane-scaling tendencies thereby givingsustained performance for a longer time andreducing unscheduled shutdowns and cleaning costs.GRAMICID-101 specifically used under stressedconditions, due to its excellent tolerance to highlevels of calcium.

GRAMICID-102RO ANTISCALANT

GRAMICID-102 is a highly effective liquidantiscalent, specially formulated for feed water withhigher levels of silica and metal oxides.It works as anantiscalant & antifoulant for reverse osmosis systems. It is specially formulated for Silica inhibition. It controls silica scales and fouling due to metaloxide thereby giving sustained performance for alonger time and reducing unscheduled shutdowns andcleaning costs.

GRAMICID-121:Gramicid -121 is specially used as an alkaline basecleaner for RO membrane.

GRAMICID-121MEMBRANE CLEANING CHEMICAL

GRAMICID-121 works as an alkaline base cleanerfor RO membrane. GRAMICID-121 is specially formulated blend ofcleaners for removal of carbonate, metal oxide andsulfate scales of Barium, Strontium and Calcium inreverse osmosis systems. Barium sulfate scales once formed are extremelydifficult to remove. GRAMICID-121 effectivelyremoves these scales and also sulfate scales ofStrontium & Calcium. It also removes Organic and Dead Biological matter.

GRAMICID-122MEMBRANE CLEANING CHEMICAL

GRAMICID-122 works as an acid base cleaner forRO membrane. GRAMICID-122 is a specially formulated blend ofcleaners for the effective removal of carbonate, metalHydroxides and sulfate scales of Barium, Strontiumand Calcium in reverse osmosis systems. GRAMICID-PHBpH BOOSTER CHEMICAL

GRAMICID-PHB replaces soda ash & lime in watertreatment. It has many advantages from standpoint ofpH control and softening. GRAMICID-PHB used for pH adjustment, and eachhas its special advantages. However. For ease of handling, cleanliness ofoperation and ease of control, as well as an absence ofhardness increase, the feeding of GRAMICID-PHB isbest. FINEWASH-JJAR WASHING CHEMICAL

Gramicid effectively and completely destroys all microorganisms including viruses, spores, gram positive &gram-negative bacteria, E. Coli, bacteriophages, Pseudomonas,

fungi, yeast, mould, protozoa and Biofilms. Gramicid eliminates the need of chlorination.

WATER DISINFECTION

Gramicid when added @ 15ppm to 10ppm (15ml to 10ml per 1000 liters of water) disinfects the water. This water should be passed through RO membrane.

JAR DISINFECTION

Gramicid @ 0.1 to 0.3% concentration. It Is very useful in complete disinfection of jars.

BOTTLE & CAP DISINFECTION

Wash Bottles and caps with Gramicid treated water

SURFACE DISINFECTION

Gramicid can be used for disinfecting the equipments, pipelines and storage tank also floors & walls @ 0.5%concentration. Contact time – 5 to 15 minutes.

PLANT DISINFECTION

RO Plants, DM Plants, Sand filters & Cartridge can be disinfected by using Gramicid @ 0.1% Concentration
