development in Auckland and Northland- Develop and identify opportunities for Pacific
organisations to strengthen their capacity- Support the development of Pacific leadership- Raise awareness of the Foundation in Pacific
communities and in the Foundation itself
Purpose The purpose of the Pacific Strategy is to provide direction and guidance on how the Foundation can engage and work with Pacific communities in our region.
Monitoring and evaluation Alongside the implementation of the Pacific Strategy an evaluation framework will be developed to ensure that the Foundation can report on progress to the Board and inform further development of the Pacific Strategy.
