Please note: There will be an additional charge of $40 for every PDF
proof after the first 3 proofs.

Please supply all material before the advertising deadline date.
Supply your finished ad in hi-resolution print PDF file format on
CD or by email only. JPG, TIFF and EPS files will be accepted if a
PDF file cannot be supplied. All other formats will not be accepted.
These include: Quark files, Word documents and EPS files with
unembedded fonts. Advertisers without suitable artwork should not
hesitate to have our design studio upgrade or prepare new artwork.

PayMenTS
Payment for advertisements is due upon publication. Payment by cheque, bank draft or credit card.
Prompt payment discounts: 10% discount is offered if payment is received within 14 days of the sales contract confirmation and a 5%
discount is offered if full payment is received within 30 days.
laTe PayMenTS
The Publisher regrets the necessity to introduce a late payment penalty of 2.5% per month, or part thereof, on any amount outstanding
after the last day of the month following the month of invoicing.
CanCellaTiOnS
Of an advertisement is not possible after 14 days from the date of invoice unless the Publisher agrees in writing. If agreement is obtained,
a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the invoice will become immediately due and payable.
