Overview. Midtown Station is a 166,000 square foot lifestyle center located in the City of St. Louis between St. LoUniversity and its 14,000 students, the BJC Hospital Complex and its 26,500 employees, and the Central West Enhome to the highest incomes in the City. Driven by the existing base of employees, students and residents and the ongoing development and redevelopmein the vicinity, the Midtown area is transforming into the most vibrant living, working and shopping destinationthe City.
