Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds on or after February 1because PACDL will have guaranteed payment for materials and meals. If you are unable to attend, a colleague may take your place or your materials will be mailed to you. A cancellation made prior to February 1 will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee.
Scholarships: There may be a limited number of partial scholarships available to assist with the seminar fee for PACDL members whose dues are current. To apply, mail the completed seminar registration form with a letter requesting a scholarship to PACDL no later than January 27, 2016. Scholarship applications received after that date will not be considered.
