Who was Pablo Picasso? Pablo Picasso was a Spanish artist. He was one of the most influential and most amazing artists
of the 20th century. Picasso was born in Malaga, Spain, in 1881. He as well became the creator of Cubism. Pablo was a sculptor, printmaker, painter, ceramicist and an
amazing stage director. Sadly, Picasso died on April 8, 1973 within a city of France.
Picasso’s Early Life and Education Pablo Picasso was born on October 25, 1881, in Spain. His mother’s name was Dona Maria Picasso y Lopez. The father of Pablo Picasso was Don Jose Ruiz Blasco. He
was a very great painter and an art teacher. Despite growing up less fortunate, Picasso showed a lot of
his talent at a very young age, making many people very surprised and astonished by his amazing work.
More About Picasso’s Early Life and Education Pablo Picasso’s father began to teach him how to draw and
paint as he was a very young child. By the time Picasso was a young thirteen year old child he
became a better artist then his dad was. Shortly after this Pablo began to loose desire for school and
chose to draw in a notebook all day. When Picasso turned 14 him and his family moved to
Barcelona, Spain in the year of 1895. Here, he immediately applied to the city’s School of Fine
Arts.
