A Training Program exclusively designed for females of above 15 years equippingthem to build Self Esteem, Courage, Confidence & necessary Life skills to face thechallenges/problems of their day to day life.

All the LOMS should organize with the help of local Jaycee Trainer

Duration of the Program can be 2 to 3 hours

JCI INDIA shall send the Training Material to all LOMs

An exclusive Program for above 18 years unemployed youth

All the LOMS should organize

LOMS should tie up with local Private Sectors to provide employment to the

unemployed youth All the LOMS should organize 1/2 month free Training on Administration,

Management, Technical & Soft Skills by available local JC / Non Jaycee Trainers toacquire knowledge and enhance their skills in the respective fields to providesuitable jobs in local Private Sectors through local chapters.

Motivate the respective / successful persons to join the organization as soldiers oflocal LOM as well as JCI INDIA.

An exclusive program for LOM Presidents All the LOM Presidents should follow the guidelines & organize the 9 programs

mentioned in the LOM Presidents Tool Kit 2013, titled Karthavya.

If LOMs fulfill Karthavya, they will be recognized as NPs recognition program

The National President will call the LOM President at least once in the year 2013

The Executive Vice President will call the LOM President at least thrice in the year

The National Director will call the ZP / ZD at least once in a month.

The Zone President will call his / her LOM President at least once in a month

The Zone Vice President will call his / her LOM President at least once in a week

The LOM President will call his / her CGB Members at least twice in a month

JCI INDIA VIDYADAN

All the LOMs should adopt this program

Every LOM should select Economically Backward Meritorious +2 studying /

studied Student in their LOM to present Excellence Scholarship Award ofRs. 5,000/- for his / her higher education on the name of VIDYADAN

The fund will be mobilized for the VIDYADAN through sponsorships for bringingout the National Business Directory and also the National President will appealthe Members to contribute generously for the VIDYADAN during his official visit

to the chapters instead of presenting a Memento / gift to him.
