P6 RECRUITING PROCESS CLIENT NEEDS ASSESSMENT • Understand Client - Understand client's business and culture • Understand Job - Understand the job/position specifications and roles/responsibilities of the job • Client Questionnaire - Send job req questionnaire to client, fill out questionnaire with client • Review Questionnaire - Internal review of questionnaire to identify any questions based on information provided by client • Search Plan - Develop search plan and review with client (2-, 5-, 10- day follow up) QUESTIONNAIRE MUST INCLUDE: • Timing of opening- Start Date • Hourly Rate/Salary Range • Duration- approximate • Background Check - determine client desire to perform this task. CANDIDATE ASSESSMENT • Initial Screen - Conduct resume screen and evaluate candidates identified in stage 2 above• Phone Interview - Initial phone interview screen with candidate• In-Person Interview - Personal Interviews with candidates wherever possible - assess skills, interest level and cultural fit • Skills Assessment - Have candidate take tech skills assessment and/or behavior/personality test as defined through stage 1 questionnaire (Prove It)• A/V Interview - Conduct audio/video interview with candidate as part of presentation to client

CANDIDATE PRESENTATION• Format Resume - Format candidate resume in RPC-specific format• Present Top Candidates - Present top candidates resumes and a/v interviews to client for client review• Obtain Feedback - Obtain feedback from client to determine interview schedule

CANDIDATE INTERVIEW AND SELECTION• Schedule Interviews - Schedule interviews between client and candidate• Obtain Feedback - Obtain candidate feedback from client• Review Client Feedback with Client - Participate in decision making process by highlighting areas that “may not be on paper” about the candidates background, personality, value, motivation, etc

CLOSURE & FOLLOW UP• Reference Check - Execute reference check • Background Check - Execute criminal background check (per client request)• Drug Screen- Execute drug screen (per client request)• Finalize Contracts - Negotiate and finalize contract with client and candidate• On Boarding - Assist client with on boarding process, to include badge processing, procurement of necessary materials for job, etc.• Final Review - Closing review to understand client's level of satisfaction with process
