CA1 SA1 PRELIMS PSLE
• Any student who is absent for ALL examination papers will need to
produce a medical certificate from a doctor in order for the teacher
to key in ‘VR’ (Valid Reason) in the report book.
• Medical certificates must be obtained from a medical practitioner
registered with the Singapore Medical Council or from a dental
practitioner registered with the Singapore Dental Council.
• Handwritten letters by parents will not be accepted.
