At midnight; 00:01-06:00 a surcharge of R 130.00 applies on zone rate. Costs for additional passengers remain unchanged. - Rates are presented in South African currency (ZAR) Cape Town International Airport - Rates are subject to change without notice Above rates is applicable to 1‐2 persons per trip / Additional passenger ZAR 40.00 - P2P Shuttle and Tours reserve the right to sub contract tours/transfers if necessary - Gate entrance or porter fees are to be paid by the client. - Standby charge is R 80.00 per hour per vehicle. The same charge applies if waiting time exceeds 1 hour after flight has arrived. Charges are not applicable if as a result of flight delays. - The full payment is applicable for "No Show" or cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled flight. - Rates are based on one way trips; one collection point and one drop off point. Additional pick up or drop off point will be charged at a minimum of R60.00 per additional point but not limited to this rate. - The management of P2P Shuttle & Tours reserves the right to change this rate if drop off points are out of range from normal routes. - Minors under 12years will be charged at 50% of rate. Unaccompanied minors will be charged at full rate. - If a luggage trailer is required, a charge of R220.00 for (6ft) or R380.00 for a ½ ton per day is applicable. - Payment can be done by Cash, EFT Electronic Funds Transfer / Debit/ Credit Card - Foreign currency unfortunetally cannot be accepted for payment.
