The Verb TENERThe verb TENER, which means
“to have” follows the pattern of other -er verbs.
The Verb TENERHowever, some forms of
the verb are irregular.

Other Uses of TENERAs you know, TENER is
sometimes used where in English we use a form of the verb “to be”:

Poner and HacerThis “Tema 5-A” does not include
the next two verbs, “Poner and Hacer” but they are extremely important verbs to know in Spanish and are very much like Tener.
