COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE PLAN $159.00

Professional preventive care is recommended annually on

heating systems to help save over 10% on your fuel usage

and to keep you system safely running. During the annual

maintenance our professional service technician will perform

an oil burner tune up which will include the nozzle, pump

strainer, and an oil filter. Once this is complete we will adjust

the equipment for maximum efficiency. There after Township

Oil will provide the customer with 24 hour 7 days a week with

emergency service. Parts included in this price is as follows:

Direct drive and belt drive blower motors up to ½ HP, nozzle,

fuel oil filter, fuel pump strainer, ignition transformer, one

circulator motor B&G series and Taco 007, primary burner

control, standard thermostat, burner motor, burner coupling,

ignition electrodes, and fan belt.

AIR CONDITIONING TUNE UP $89.00

This inspection will include the start-up of the system,

inspection of the blower, rinsing of the condenser coils if

necessary, inspection of the condenser fan motor, and a

standard air filter replacement. We also will check for prop-

er operating pressure and adjust if necessary. Attic system

and 410A unit may have a slightly higher charge. This will

be done during your Pre-Season tune up.

AUTOMATIC DELIVERY:

As we know life can become very busy so why worry about

watching your gauge. With our sophisticated software system

and automatic delivery we can track your fuel needs.

WILL CALL ACCOUNTS PLEASE ALLOW A 1 to 3 DAY WINDOW

BUDGET PROGRAM PLAN:

Our budget plan is a ten month program that can help budget

your cost of fuel for the season. Firstly, we will estimate your

usage along with the current pricing to set a monthly budget

cost. This cost may be adjusted at any time due to weather

conditions and or fuel cost. Customer must keep current on

the payments to stay on this plan to avoid coming off of auto-

matic delivery. If requesting the budget program, please

respond no later than June 1st.

OIL BURNER SERVICE CONTRACT

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This comprehensive maintenance plan is available to those who agreeto purchase fuel exclusively from Township Oil, Inc. as an automaticdelivery customer. This is an annual plan and will be renewed annually,unless terminated in writing by the customer or Township Oil. Plan willbecome void if fuel is not purchased through Township Oil and norefund will be given. If customer permits any persons other than ouremployees to render service or tamper with equipment will result in ter-mination of plan. Township Oil will not cover cost of labor or parts torepair the heating system due to customers neglect including, but notlimited to having sufficient oil in tank, power switches being turned offor blown fuses. Please refer to this checklist if oil burner fails to oper-ate first:

Be sure the oil burner switch is on, thermostat should be set aboveroom temperature, Make sure that there is fuel in the tank, Press thereset button on relay once only and check to see if the flame comes on.If burner does not run at all than check for a blown or loose fuse. Lastly,if burner still fails to operate PLEASE CALL FOR SERVICE.

This plan does not cover parts that are damaged by water, fire, tamper-ing and or abuse or any acts or God. Our obligation to supply parts issubject to their availability through normal sources of supply. Thisagreement includes only repair and replacement of parts listed whichbecome defective due to normal wear. Any parts of furnace being usedfor central air conditioning are not covered. This plan does not coverliability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from defects in the opera-tion or non-operation of equipment beyond our control. If credit termsare not met and account becomes delinquent Township Oil can termi-nate this plan.

Annual tune up and servicing will be done Monday through Friday from8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Any service requested on weekends or after 4:30will result in an additional cost.
