The ESH Log All report displays all Open and Closed Incidents, Hazards, Injuries etc within the report criteria set.

The ESH Log Open report displays only Open Incidents, Hazards, Injuries etc within the report criteria set.
The Managed Hazard Register list all managed hazards (eg those where the cause has not been eliminated). The report is filtered to show only hazards whose control points are due for review within the report date span. This is a key report for the ongoing maintenance of hazard controls.

Even if your Paper Tiger data base goes down for whatever reason, the web server stays up collecting data and generatingWeb reports are generated from the data on the web server - NOT from your Paper Tiger data base. Even if your Paper Tiger data base goes down for whatever reason, the web server stays up collecting data and generating reports. When Paper Tiger comes back on line the web server and Paper Tiger synchronises and everything is back to normal with no loss of data.

Issues like incidents, request, complaints, hazards etc are initially lodged into the web server data base, not your actual Paper Tiger data base. This is seamless to the person lodging the issue.
