While watching the numbers on any organizational level, grantee, delegate, center, classroom or caseload, or a child, health managers can communicate and collaborate with staff members within the organization. After the initial screening or assessment, family service workers can make internal referrals and external referrals, and track the status of the referrals.

The POP Mandates Portal Helps health managers and family service workers to easily identify upcoming and past due items required by the Federal and state governments.

Collaboration and referrals can be made for a child. Follow up reminders can be set to remind health managers and family service workers to take further actions at a future time point.

On an individual class, caseload or child level, POP can send alerts to family service workers on any upcoming (yellow flags) and past due (red flags) health events .
