Find the room your company needs to grow at Oyster Point. This waterfront
campus provides unique expansion opportunities and sweeping Bay views,
along with benefi ts you will fi nd in few other places.
The 2.25 million square-foot development on 41 acres is adjacent to the
new South San Francisco ferry terminal. Phase One can be customized from
500,000 to 600,000 square feet with structured parking.

Because Oyster Point is a brand new development, you will not only fi nd the space
you need, but exactly the type of space you want. The development, which will
be built in four phases, is approved for class-A offi ce or life sciences uses.
Individual buildings in each phase can be adapted in height from fi ve to ten
stories, depending on your needs. All will share quality construction and a wealth
of amenities.
The modern architecture features above standard slab to slab heights of 15.5 feet. The large
interstitial space provides adequate height for ducting and mechanical piping necessary for
life science laboratory uses.
Bright, open, airy, effi cient, fl exible—the fl oorplates start at 34,000 square feet, and all buildings will
be built to LEED core and shell gold standards.
Plus, you can announce your arrival with building-top-signage, visible from highway 101.
Recreation and Open Space
The city has a wealth of upgrades planned for the open spaces at Oyster Point. The city has
committed to a new public beach, plus recreation fi elds and improved open space immediately
adjacent to the development. Improvements are also planned to the Bay Trail and surrounding
open space throughout the Oyster Point Marina.
Upgrades to the Oyster Point Marina include parking, open space, and boat ramp facilities.
Superior Comfor t, Productiv i ty & Health
Future Hotel Site
Also planned for Oyster Point is a hotel with up to 350 guest rooms and conference center.
Approximately 40,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space near the ferry terminal is also
slated for development.
Infrastructure
Plans include everything you expect for a premier development including improvements to
Oyster Point Boulevard that call for a palm promenade with 25, 40-foot Canary Palms, bike lanes,
pedestrian walkways, and new utilities.
Shuttle bus stops and turnarounds will serve all the buildings, open space, and the ferry terminal.
Plans also include ample covered and surface parking.
H igh Qual i ty Visual Environment
T r a n s i t F r i e n d l yOyster Point is an ideal location for recruitment from huge talent pools in San Francisco,
the Peninsula, the East Bay, and the Silicon Valley. South San Francisco has the highest
concentration of life science companies of any city in the Bay Area. It is also close to
three major universities: University of California campuses at San Francisco and Berkeley,
and Stanford University.
Multiple transit options make it easy to reach Oyster Point by CalTrain, BART, ferry,
several different freeways, and the Bay Bridge. Business travel is equally convenient with
San Francisco International Airport just minutes away.
Oyster Point enjoys direct ferry access to and from the East Bay with a new ferry terminal.
