The HT-Series (Hinged Technology Series) is Oxlite’s new premium line of aluminum loading ramps. The HT-Series’ patented interlocking hinge mechanism (6,389,629) disassembles the ramp into two separate pieces, making storage in a secure place unimaginably easy, ensuring the ramp will be there when you’re ready to load.

Oxlite’s HT-Series is the most versatile ramp series on the market, including Arched Dual and Single Runners, as well as, a complete Motorcycle Ramp System. The HT-Series provides you with options of weight capacities ranging from 500 lbs to 1,500 lbs, widths of 11” to 36” and lengths of 78” to 94.”

The O-Series (Original Series) are the ramps which Oxlite built its reputation of reliability and quality. The O-Series has the widest range of ramp styles, including Dual and Single Runners, Heavy Duty Runners, Motorcycle Runners, Bi-Panel Hinged Ramps, Tri-Panel Hinged Ramps, and Snowmobile Ramps. READ ALL SAFETY WARNINGS BEFORE USING RAMP(S)

Safety Precautions:1. Read and understand how to safely operate the equipment you are loading/unloading.2. Always follow the Safety Warnings associated with the equipment you are loading/unloading and follow the manufacturer’s operating instructions.3. When loading/unloading equipment, always remember that you are on an incline. There is a potential for flipping over. Be extremely careful.4. Always have a person watching as you load or unload your equipment.5. For every inch of height you are loading/unloading, your ramp(s) should be at least 2.2 inches long; For Example: to load equipment into a 30 inch truck bed height you should have a ramp at least 66 inches long. (30” x 2.2” = 66” Ramp Length Needed).6. DO NOT alter ramp(s) in any way.

WARNING !

Placement of Ramps: 1. Fit ramps firmly against tailgate.2. Depress lever on Safety Strap buckle and pull hook assembly away from ramp(s) to extend the length of the strap.3. Attach hooks securely underneath vehicle or trailer to the metal portion of the bumper or frame.4. Pull the unattached end of the strap so that it is tightly holding ramp(s) against tailgate or trailer.5. Always use all straps included in ramp set.6. Tighten safety straps to keep the ramp(s) from sliding. 7. Before loading/unloading the equipment, make sure each ramp does not slip back or sideways on tailgate by pulling from the bottom of the ramp(s) to ensure the top of the ramp(s) remains in contact with the end of the tailgate or trailer. 8. Tires should fit within the width of the ramp(s).9. If using runners (2 narrow ramps) make sure they are equally spaced apart at the top of the ramp(s) and the bottom of the ramp(s).10. For each inch of loading/unloading height, make sure each ramp has 2.2 inches of length. (30” x 2.2” = 66” Ramp Length Needed).

Loading & Unloading: 1. Use caution when loading/unloading your equipment.2. Ensure equipment does NOT exceed specified weight capacity of ramp(s).3. No additional passengers or cargo should be in/on the equipment while loading/unloading.4. Throttle your equipment slowly and evenly so that it does not bounce on the ramp(s) or flip over backwards.5. Have your spotter verify that the tires of your equipment are on the ramp(s).6. Have your spotter guide you up the ramp(s). Go slow enough to stop in case your spotter tells you to stop.7. Do not spin the tires, over accelerate, or bounce the equipment you are loading/unloading. 8. Always remember to follow the same general safety precautions when unloading equipment, being sure not to throttle down the ramp, but to use the brakes to maintain a slow descent.

IMPROPER OR CARELESS USE CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. READ ALL SAFETYINSTRUCTIONS AND KNOW HOW TO SAFELY OPERATE THE EQUIPMENT YOU ARE LOADING/UNLOADING.

Safety Strap Attachment

1. Take the portion of the looped strap extending from the BOTTOM of the quick release buckle. 2. Loop this strap both around a cross bar and one tube at a point 8” to 12” from the top of the ramp. 3 Next, loop the hook through the loop end of strap and pull until taught. 4. Repeat these instructions with each safety strap included in the package.5. Before using Oxlite Ramp(s), please read ALL Safety Warnings and Instructions on loading and unloading Oxlite ramp(s).
