[Summer Holiday Homework based on Learning, Listening, Speaking, Projects, Activities, Creativity and Innovative Skills]Class– 7th (Summer Holiday Homework 2019)
The wonders of where we areAnd where we’ll be
What we doAnd what we see.
What we find and what we seek,Not everyone knows
And I just wonder— mom and dadCould you spend some time with me!!!
Dear Parent,
Long summer break is the most enviable part of school life! It provides time for rest and leisure. Children
can just laze around, unwind, eat, play and make merry. Vacations are of course a time to reinvigorate and revive.
However, the duties of a student must not be forgotten either. A balance, therefore, between recreation and work
must be found to ensure a break that is productive as well as relaxing. Holidays are meant for enjoyment and if this
time is used for creative pursuits, it becomes learning experience. The holiday homework has been designed to be
a meaningful and creative exercise. Do ensure the child is involved with your guidance.
After summer vacation school will organize an exhibition to display hard work and creativity of students.
Best 50 projects will be awarded. Home Work/ Project will carry weightage in the form of Grades as per CBSE
recommendation
So have lots of fun, play indoor games, meet relatives and friends, go out for picnics and walks in the
evenings, eat lot of fruits and drink plenty of juices, splash around in the pool, watch your favourite cartoon and
read stories every day…………..
It is great to relax but do try and remember to:
• Start your day with blessings of your parents by touching their feet.
• Follow a routine
• Play outdoors every evening
• Learn new songs and rhymes
• Spend time with parent, grandparents and cousins
• Eat well
• Sleep well
• Read News Paper Daily and solve CROSSWORD and SUDOKU
• We have prepared your Homework in a way that makes holidays even more enjoyable for you. The fun
filled activities given to you will surely be the page-turners!
• Above all, now is the time you can show your parents how much you love them. So, help mamma with
daily chores, help daddy while cleaning the car, watering the plants.
Though we will miss you and your chatter and laughter definitely, we wish you a HAPPY AND HAPPENING
SUMMER BREAK!
Enjoy and take care of yourself!
With Love
