Landreth, Manager of general partner, does hereby adopt this plat,designating the herein described property as Hendrickson Addition, an addition to theExtra-Territorial Jurisdiction of the City of Dallas, Kaufman County, Texas, and dohereby dedicate, in fee simple, to the public use forever any streets, alleys, andfloodway management areas shown thereon. The easements shown thereon are herebyreserved for the purposes indicated. The utility and fire lane easements shall be opento the public, fire and police units, garbage and rubbish collection agencies, and allpublic and private utilities for each particular use.
