Water Utilities Corporation must receive a Tenant Authorisation Form prior to facilitating services to a tenant.Under no circumstances will a tenant’s service be established without a Tenant Authorization Form completed by the current owner(s) or Property Manager.This agreement authorizes Water Utilities Corporation to create an account and provide water services to the applicant.

1. The property owners shall ensure that the tenant maintains an up to date account in line with WUC’s terms & conditions.

2. The property owners shall ensure that all payments due on the water account, are settled prior to relocation / moving out of the tenant. WUC shall avail a clearance form as confirmation
