INVOCATION

CALL TO WORSHIP Psalm 145:1-3

✤ HYMN No 01 Come People of the Risen King

BEHOLDING CHRIST Job 38:1-11

✤ HYMN No 02 Praise the Lord! Ye Heavens, Adore Him

“I will extol You, my God, O King; And I will bless Your name forever and ever. Every day I will bless You, And I will praise Your name forever and ever. Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; And His greatness is unsearchable.”

“Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said: “Who is this who darkens counsel By words without knowledge? Now prepare yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall answer Me. “Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Tell Me, if you have understanding. Who determined its measurements? Surely you know! Or who stretched the line upon it? To what were its foundations fastened? Or who laid its cornerstone, When the morning stars sang together, And all the sons of God shouted for joy? “Or who shut in the sea with doors, When it burst forth and issued from the womb; When I made the clouds its garment, And thick darkness its swaddling band; When I fixed My limit for it, And set bars and doors; When I said, “This far you may come, but no farther, And here your proud waves must stop!’”

CONFESSION OF SIN Matthew 6:9-13 Pastoral Prayer Ruling Elder Mark Donovan Collect:

ASSURANCE OF PARDON Psalm 103:8-14 Ruling Elder:

TITHES AND OFFERINGS Giving of Our Gifts Offertory

✤ Doxology: Praise God from whom all blessings flow,Praise Him all creatures here below,Praise Him above, ye Heav’nly hosts;Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Amen.

God’s perfect Word teaches us: “The LORD is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. He will not always strive with us, Nor will He keep His anger forever. He has not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor punished us according to our iniquities. For as the heavens are high above the earth, So great is His mercy toward those who fear Him; As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us. As a father pities his children, So the LORD pities those who fear Him. For He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust.” Amen.

Our Father which art in heaven,

Hallowed be thy name.Thy kingdom come.

Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil:

For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory,

forever. Amen.
