Think of Mindfulness as AWARENESS + INTENTION.
When youre aware of whats going on inside and around you, youll respond
with meaningful intent.
Accept the reality that youll never get everything done, and youll see your productivity soar with the critical things that only you can do.
The most important step that you can take to stop your mental chatter is to stop trying.
Know that your thoughts are just objects of your overall consciousness.
Stuck in a fight or flight response? Take four deep breath and youll shift to
the Rest and Digest frame of mind.
The ultimate prosperity is a healthy mind and healthy spirit; but first, is the story that youre telling yourself your story or someone elses?

Next time your mind tells you to do something you dont want to; STOP it:
Stop what youre doing Take some deep breaths
Observe whats going on with yourself and your environment
Gather your thoughts and Proceed
Seek not to make big change, for its the cumulative effect of the smaller
changes that will have the most significant impact on your life. Go slow to go fast.
The space between a goal and an intention is meaning! for the latter comes from a more soulful place.
