Accreditation The PCC is recognized by the International Coach Federation as an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP).

Outcomes

Graduates of the PCC will be able to: • Develop their own coaching practice• Add depth to current work with clients• Provide professional-level coaching within their organization• Fully integrate coaching into their leadership

Number of participants We limit our course participation to 20 students.

Duration One year

Face-to-face sessions

There are four classroom sessions. Sessions I, III, and IV are four days long (Thursday through Sunday). Session II is five days long (Wednesday through Sunday). We begin at 9:00 am and end at 7:00 pm each day.

Locations San Francisco, Washington DC, Montréal, Cape Town, London, Paris, Singapore

Frequency Groups start five times a year in San Francisco and once or twice a year in most other cities.

Tuition $12,400 in the US. This includes all four classroom sessions, books, materials, pod meetings, coaching sessions, mentoring and certification.

Prerequisite In the US, you must take either the two-day Coaching To Excellence course or the three-day Integral Coaching Principles course (for experienced coaches).

Application process A fully completed application with essays, a photo and a $500 non-refundable deposit are required for consideration.

Estimated time needed Students report that they spend an average of five to ten hours a week engaging in course work.
