proposal (provide a good rationale, conduct efficient literature searches, develop conceptual/ theoretical models, and set research scope and limitations)
• to develop sub-regional researches for implementation in GMS countries
• to expose participants to field data collection, statistical techniques, and data analysis, interpretation and presentation
• to enhance participants’ skills in report writing• to establish linkages / networking among GMS
