Overview

Although there are many analytical tools for website metrics, such as visitors or page views, T-Trendset 1.1 offers the design and functionality to produce beautiful reports

T-Trendset 1.1 is an analytics tool for Microsoft Excel

T-Trendset 1.1 was developed primarily for use with Google Analytics

It is completely open-source and free, which opens the door for expansion and improvement

T-Trendset 1.1 is not a replacement for web reporting tools; it simply provides an alternative to other reports


Requirements

Microsoft Excel 2003 or Microsoft Excel 2007

Notes: T-Trendset 1.1 was designed on a personal computer running Microsoft Windows XP/Vista

We utilized United States regional settings and an English locale, particularly for formatting dates

The Main Controls

Easy-to-Use Control

T-Trendset 1.1 functions on one main control, the Select year dropdown list

The Show average option allows you to display an average line on various charts within the tool

T-Trendset updates automatically when a year is select


Up to three and a quarter or 3.25 years can be displayed in

T-Trendset 1.1

Page Switcher

The page switchers are simply links that allow you to navigate between the data page and the summary page

They are located on the top of their respective pages

Row One

Row one contains a daily summary based on the selected year


All aspects of this chart can be updated including the color of

the average line

Row Two

Monthly visitors and day of week summaries are displayed on row two


Row Three

Row three provides a metrics breakdown for the two charts in row two


Data Page


Paste or Input Data and Watch It Go

The data page is where most of the complex operations are performed

All you need to do is paste or input your data in columns A and B and go to the summary page to view the results


Protection

The data page is protected without a password

Advanced users can unprotect the data page easily without needing a password
