Overnight parking is extra. The Convention will be at the Niagara Falls Conference
Center across the street from the Hotel.
*Please Note: The discounted rate will be available if reservation is made by September 9th. After that date, neither the LIC nor the Hotel will be able to guarantee the rate or the room availability. The lower rate requires that you pay for the room in advance and there is no cancellation allowed. In that case, if the reservation is cancelled, the paid amount will NOT be refunded
Ground Transportation:
Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) is only 25 minutes away, and Toronto is
a 70minute drive. Buffalo Committee has arranged a pick-up schedule from and to the
airport. Please provide your flight information through your Chapter or contact Buffalo
Transportation Liaison at (716) 510-1898 to ask about the schedule. Please try not to
call at the last minute.

Registration and Cancellation:
You must pre-register to attend the General Meeting. (See Registration Form on last
page). Pre-registration fees are accepted by cash, check or through PayPal using your
credit card (preferred). Pre-registrations will be accepted until 4:00 PM ET September
26, 2011. To register after this date you must do so on-site. In case of cancellation, a
$20 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund if canceled by September 26,
2011. There will be no refund if registration is canceled after September 26, 2011.
