Page 1 of 2 Taking the MJDF Part 1 Examination Overseas GENERAL INFORMATION You must send the following to the relevant overseas examinations Office: A completed MJDF part 1 application form The relevant fees (see next page) If GDC registered then you must write your permanent GDC registration number on the application. There is no need to provide evidence of your degree or registration. If you DO NOT have a permanent GDC registration number you must provide: 1. A certified copy of your dental degree certificate 2. A certified copy of your registration certificate CERTIFICATION OF COPIES MUST BE DONE BY THE UNIVERSITY FROM WHICH YOU GRADUATED FROM. The certification should: a) Confirm that it is a true copy of the original document and state that any photo is a true likeness of the document owner b) Clearly state, in capital letters, the name, position, address and telephone number of the person who has certified the document. c) Be signed, dated and stamped with the official stamp of the university Please note that applications must be received by the closing date stated on the MJDF website. Late applications will not be processed.
