ClaimsPlease contact us within 5 days of product delivery for any shortages, damages or discrepancies If you have a damaged shipment, original packaging must be retained for claim evaluation

CancellationsAll cancellations must be in writing; verbal cancellations will not be accepted •Blank or decorated orders cancelled during production will be charged at the cost of material and labor expended to •date, including shipping costs

Product WarrantiesAll Camsing Global products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days •from the invoice date Defective products may be returned for credit or replacement •Decorated products returned within 30 days of invoice date will be replaced and redecorated with original artwork •free of charge Decorated products returned after 30 days of invoice date will be replaced and returned undecorated •Warranty does not apply to products decorated by someone other than Camsing Global •

ReturnsPlease contact us within 5 days of product delivery for a return goods authorization number and instructions Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender No replacement or credit will be issued for merchandise which is unavailable for return to the factory

All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment and include an Camsing Global return authorization number •Returns for blank goods not due to a Camsing Global error incur a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price •plus any shipping costs Returns for decorated goods not due to a Camsing Global error will not be accepted •Charges are posted to the customer’s current balance •All boxes containing blank items must be inspected and verified as the correct product ordered before decorating •For third parties, it is the decorator’s responsibility to verify shipments for style, quantity and color •

All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by the factory in producing items ordered, whether or not artwork by the factory is required therewith, will be accepted by the factory as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection The customer, by submitting such copy or other material, represents that the use thereof by the factory on the items ordered will not violate any such laws, and Camsing Global hereby disclaims any and all liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customer’s copy or other material The customer hereby agrees to hold the factory harmless to any damages, costs and/or expenses when they arise under all such laws as consequence of the factory’s use of said copy or other materials of the operations undertaken by this agreement All trademarks and service marks are the property of their respective owners
