What is VBI?

From Mob-o-cracy to Movement:

• Provides organizational structure for the citizen’s movement

• Converting emotions to constructive and creative work

Bringing local community, media, local administration together on the country’s burning issues

Amplifying the voice of every Indian

Over 1700 projects implemented all over India

Jal Jagruti Abhiyan:

o Over 100k farmer benefitted

o 3 rivers revived in Maharashtra

Kumudavathi River rejuvenation project

o Would solve 60% of Bangalore water problems

Light a Home: Rural electrification

Medical camps: Over 1000 camps all over India

Women safety/empowerment Drives

De-addiction camps

Drive against Corruption

o Administering oath not to give/ take bribe

o “I don’t take bribe” stickers on office tables
