• Automate with approval plan, PromptCat, batch processing

• Items cataloged >21,198 despite heavy weeding

• Document policies and procedures – reduce ad-hoc decisions

& time spent finding info or figuring out how to do things

• Improved withdrawal = better holdings quality & maintenance

• Regularize database maintenance and quality control

• Culture shift: improve communication with meetings & wiki,

decrease number of request channels
