- Have a National Brand and National Campaign: MC should facilitate creating the national campaign, sub-brands, sub-products creation, by having a summit with piloting LCs- Have in consideration your master issues to promote (to create sub-brand, for example: Global
Citizen Health)- Have a relevant tag-line- Take into account country partners to link to the sub-brand
- Have LC visits for implementation, for the peak preparation (3 months before the peak or more)
- Have Coaching Calls to follow up - Have clear Communication channel (resource center, wiki, podio) to share the
GCPs
