We typically work with a small number of clients at any one time, but if required we have access to additional qualified coaches who deliver programmes utilising our methodology.
Brian is a certified coach and a full member of The Association for Coaching® (AC), a leading independent professional body dedicated to promoting best practice in coaching worldwide.
Brian has an MA from Glasgow University, a post-graduate qualification in Psychotherapy, CBT and NLP and is registered with the British Psychological Society to Level A and B in Occupational Psychometric testing.

Covering; goal setting and crystallising objectives, CV advice and re-write assistance, psychometric assessment, interview coaching, understanding the jobs market, how to ‘go-to-market’, networking.
Senior Manager / Director / Executive – 16 week programme.
This includes 12 x 60 minute Skype sessions plus email support. £1950.00 plus VAT
Covering; career review and assessment, detailed goal setting and crystallising objectives, CV re-write, LinkedIn profile creation, psychometric assessment, interview coaching, understanding the jobs market, how to ‘go-to-market’, networking, headhunter access, short, medium and long term goal planning, work life balance, overcoming potential blocks.
