Now a lot of people who suffer from lack of sleep (insomnia). This is usually because of a pattern of life which is wrong. Like a consuming too much caffeine, nicotine, and high consumption of sugar is associated with sleep.and others. many ways of prevention and treatment that have been found at this time. for that, we ought to change our lifestyle to avoid insomnia.
