Total-Body - A high intensity workout using body weight exercises and weights for an increase metabolism and high calorie fat burning workout. (these formats will be alternated) Monday Bootcamp w/ Migdalia • 6:15am Muscle conditioning drills, cardio and stretching will be used to burn calories and build muscle. Total Body w/Jake • 10:00am A total body workout using body weight and weights to build endurance and strength Tuesday HITT-STRONG w/ Gaby • 9:00am A high intensity interval training class, combines muscle conditioning and a BIG calorie burn. Outdoor Fitness Class Protocol1. Enter the club and check in at the front desk. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to class. Access to the outdoor pool will be down the

hallway to the outdoor courts, across the grass to the gate/ entrance to the outdoor pool.

2. Classes are available only to members. No drop-ins.

3. Classes are limited to 10 members. Reservations required. Must call the club desk (847) 381-2570 to reserve your spot.

4. Reservations will be open 24 hours prior to each class time and will be on a first come-first serve basis. Members will be limited to 1 class per day.

5. Members must bring their own mat, water and towel.

6. Masks are required when entering and leaving the club. Masks may be taken off during exercise as long as social distancing (a minimum of 6 feet) is

maintained.

7. Washrooms are only available in the club lobby. Locker rooms are not open at this time.

8. Social distancing must be maintained throughout the class.

9. No gathering or socializing on the pool deck after the class is finished.

10. All classes are weather permitting. If it is raining or too cold, class will not be held. For class info please call the front desk (847) 381-2570.

11. All outdoor class equipment will be sprayed and wiped down after each class with our EPA approved sanitizers.

12. Our outdoor classes will have plenty of space for social distancing and allow for a fresh air and fun workout.
