A Team is a group of people with a high degree of

interdependence geared towards the achievement

of a common goal or the completion of a task.

Team Building is an essential exercise of Re-alignment

to each other and to a common goals or vision.

Coming TogetherGroup of activities which include“Ice Breaker”, Team formation, Role Allocation etc• Session Objectives:

WORKING TOGETHER



Working Together• Group of activities like mission

• The Blind Cross Over/ Tent Pitching - A team activity on leadership and communication in which most of the team members are blind folded and are guided by those who can see through the arena.

• Participants realize importance of team contribution as against one person carrying every body’s cross.

The Journey Together• A Set of activities involving the teams to

think together and take responsibility for their choices and take up roles based on their individual competence to achieve Team Goals. These would Include:

• Cross Country Pathfinder/Navigation - An exciting pathfinder provides team members time together and will test team effectiveness, thinking ‘out of the box’ and communication.

• This activity requires team members to navigate using a compass and radio transmitters coordinate well, and crack the clues to achieve the necessary result.

Performing Together• Key Punch/A-Frame - Teams need

to strategize, coordinate, execute, improvise and perform in this race against time! Session also drives lesson on goal setting benchmarking

• Dragon Tail - A fun filled coordination activity to beat the opposition through team bonding and strategy!



BUILDING TOGETHER



Building Together• Building Bridges/Raft Building –

Tests Teams ability to Think, plan, coordinate and construct together keeping in mind the ground realities and members’ possible personal limitations.

• Mine Field – The Business Simulation

Celebrating TogetherMythological Tales/Nukkad Natak –

• Teams choose, prepare, design costumes and enact a chosen tale.

• Teams get judged on the basis of story line, costumes, presentation and performance.

Rewards & Recognition• Based on scores of various activities and

other pre-determined criteria Top Performing Teams and Outstanding Individual participants get rewarded
