With summer holidays coming to an end, I hope everyone had a good time, is recharged and ready to get back to work. We had a fun holiday, and also took some time out to visit the India offices, interact, work and train the team there. We have been on a hiring spree in India, and are adding on average 10 resources (high-senior to entry-level positions) a month to our workforce. We're also excited to announce that we've started serving Ireland. Ireland is a big market that we've just recently entered. Some of our clients have an office in Ireland as well and they had been asking us to take up their Ireland work. Since the accounting standards were similar, we did not have a lot of difficulty in hiring folks with experience working with Ireland companies, and having them handle the work. Several accountants have also been asking us if we could help them with recruitment in India. We have already been doing this for a while now, and have decided to launch it a service for the public.
